Despite the ice, this is a warming and rich winter cocktail.

3 tbsp  light (5%) cream  45 mL

1 oz  brandy  25 mL

1⁄2 oz  white crème de cacao  15 mL

1⁄2 oz  coffee liqueur  15 mL

3  ice cubes

Pinch  ground nutmeg

1. In blender, on high speed, blend cream, brandy, crème de cacao, coffee liqueur and ice until smooth.
2. Pour into a martini glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
