Minted Melon (Blender)

Cool down with a smoothie ~ you get the health benefits of fruit along with the refreshing 'beat the heat' taste!

1⁄2 cup pineapple juice 125 mL
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 15 mL
2 kiwifruits, quartered 2
1⁄2 honeydew melon, cut into chunks 1⁄2
1 tbsp chopped fresh peppermint 15 mL
2 ice cubes 2
In a blender, combine pineapple juice, lime juice, kiwis, melon, peppermint and ice. Secure lid and process using the chop or pulse function until smooth.
Serves 4
